Even if it is not your pet, fill out the surrednder application. if you don't know the answer, put down what you can or fill it just as unsure. We ask you to supply a foster if you are not able to foster. IF we can find one or have one on the waiting list that is allowed as well. Please be ready if we are full to find another rescue!
